QRV info.	8J1RF was very active for one year, but the operation was ended on January 19th 2004. The operator, Mr. Obinata, left the Fuji Dome Base and will back to Japan in this April.
Note 1:	The QSL cards of contacts from February 2003 to January 2004 will be forwarded to JARL Bureau in April 2004 after the operators return to Japan.
