Please join us for New Year's greetings and your first QSO of the year.

Amateur stations and SWLs.

All amateur radio bands authorized by Japan's Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications.

RST code or signal strength report of the other station + operator's name (real name, hundle name, initials also permitted)

(3)Eligible Stations for Exchange

Domestic Stations: Stations contacted (received) shall be amateur stations within Japan and abroad.
Foreign Stations: Stations contacted (received) shall be limited to amateur stations within Japan.

Amateur stations and SWLs submitting documents will receive a commemorative sticker (see photo above) upon request.

For electronic logs

Commemorative stickers will be sent as electronic data. (Paper type commemorative stickers will not be sent.)
To request commemorative stickers: When submitting documents, enter your email address in the field of the electronic log.

For paper logs

A Paper type commemorative sticker will be sent via the return envelope.

For domestic stations

requesting a commemorative sticker:
Include a return envelope (a standard-size envelope with your postal code, address, name, and return postage affixed) when submitting documents.

For foreign stations

requesting commemorative stickers:
When submitting documents, include a return envelope (SAE) and 2 IRCs.
