Dynamic balancing test

The test was done at ISAS in March 1996.  This test is to adjust the moment
of inertia equally around the spin axis.  JAS-2 is fixed on the rotating table
so as to coincide both of spin axis and axis of the table.  Deviation of moment
was adjusted by attaching small metal pieces at proper position inside of the
satellite body.
